caregiver that can be hired part-time or full-time by a private family to care for the family's children, either on a live-in or

When two families come together with a common need, Silver Spoon can provide both families with an exceptionally cost-effective solution. Nanny sharing matches two families – either friends, neighbors, or families with similar conditions to one awesome nanny. Expenses involved in sharing a nanny fall well under that of the traditional daycare, and include the added benefits of one-on-one attention, a familiar environment, extra help around the house, less commute time, and decreased illnesses. Families will each pay the Membership Fee, and then split the nannies salary, making what was once out of reach, is now within their means. |

Many experienced, nannies have small children of their own that they would love to bring with them to their nanny positions.
When families are open to a caregiver who brings along her own child, they not only gain a playmate for their child, but they
receive a discounted hourly rate. This cost-effective pairing is a win-win solution for both the families and the nanny. |

| Resources |
| In the unlikely event a nanny leaves the family or the family dismisses the nanny within the first 3 months, Silver Spoon will make every effort to replace the nanny free of charge. If unable to find a suitable replacement, the agency fee will be refunded on a 3 month pro-rated basis. |
